Baybrook Mall sees visitors of all ages regularly. With this in mind, it was important to create a living space that is safe for all that inhabit it. Children are very active and unfortunately accidents can happen.
To ensure that they are safe on our installations, SYNTipede 343 comes with IPEMA certification up to ASTM 1292 for protection of falling up to 10 feet, and everyday abrasions and injuries.
In addition, although they may not be intentional, fires are always a possibility in any commercial setting.
SYNTipede 343 provides peace of mind with its ASTM E108 Class A fire rating. Having this rating means that there is a higher chance of saving lives and minimizing property damages.

These two artificial turf enhancements play a large role in what gives our products substantially higher durability, increased sanitation, more reliability, and greater performance.
Super Yarn™ is our unique yarn formula that is made by the combination of three exceptional enhancements. First, it features an effective antimicrobial by Sanitized® that kills 99% of bacteria and prevents pests.
Second, DualChill™ IR reflective technology prevents fading in turf yarns by blocking infrared light. Finally, a carbon-based, molecularly bound anti-static called StatBlock™ is implemented to prevent the accumulation of static electricity.
EnviroLoc™ backing system is made from eco-friendly materials including soybean oil and removes a significant amount of petroleum polymers found in standard backing. This 2-part woven backing fabric locks-in turf fibers, extending the product’s life cycle.
